Tunnel furnaces (food processing) are tunnel-type mechanical equipment that completes food baking by heat conduction, convection, and radiation. The oven body is generally long, 6 meters minimum and 60 to 80 meters long. The baking chamber is a narrow tunnel with a width of generally 80 cm to 140 cm. There is a continuously operating conveyor system inside the tunnel. When the food is baked, the food is moved relative to the electric heating element or the direct-fired combustion rod through the conveyor chain plate, the steel belt or the mesh belt. Thereby completing the work of uniform baking and conveying. This kind of oven can be continuously produced, with high production efficiency, saving manpower and stable baking quality. The tunnel furnace is mainly used in food production enterprises for industrial production, characterized by large-scale continuous or intermittent baking. Usually rated power input > 24KW, operated by a full-time staff.

 

 

Product composition structure:

The outer wall is made of high-quality stainless steel plate or cold plate, the girders are made of post-formed steel plate, the insulation layer is made of fiber asbestos insulation, the electric heating tube is high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless steel pipe, the crystalline magnesium oxide powder is used for insulation, and the fan adopts low-noise high-pressure centrifugal fan. The insulation adopts aluminum silicate fiber cotton, the mesh belt is high-quality PTFE high temperature resistant mesh belt, stainless steel mesh belt, etc., and other control systems such as controller, governor and low-voltage electrical control system.

Applications

Material

The conveyor line
The conveyor adopts the teflon high temperature mesh belt with black double knit.the effective width is 400mm
Motor
The motor use the Taiwan imported 40W electronic speed regulating motor.
 
Main speed ratio of gearbox is 1:60 and the speed of the conveyor is 0.1-2m/min.
Driving System
A set of seamless tube precision machinery processing and production of the transmission chain wheel, a set of belt pulley.

The outside plate material
The outside plate is made of 1.2t folding welding cold plate. The inner plate is made of 1.0t galvanized sheets. The thick of heat insulation layer is 50mm.
The electrical heated tube
It uses quartz infrared heating tube, the power is 4KW/set.
Temperature
The design temperature is adjusted from room temperature to 250℃.
Wind Motor
The wind motor use 60W vertical high temperature resistant motor, which is equipped with 4 inch fan blade to form wind system.
Electronic Controller
The temperature-controller uses the Japan RKC digital display temperature controller. The control circuits has electric relay switch with indicator light, electric relay, contactor etc and it has the overload protection.
