MAKE EVERY ORDERCAREFULLY

Flange heater are common heating elements, generally composed of flanges, electric heating pipes, junction boxes, and waterproof gaskets. The materials of flanges and electric heating pipes can be different or the same. Common materials include carbon steel and stainless steel. The connection methods include star connection method and angular connection method. The star connection method is for a single heating pipe of 220V, and the angular heating pipe of 380V. Flange heaters are generally used for liquid heating and are made of stainless steel 304. For heating corrosive liquids, stainless steel 316 or titanium pipes should be used. If explosion-proof requirements exist, install an explosion-proof junction box on the flange.

Features:

1. Long service life, with multiple protection systems such as waterproof, explosion-proof housing, and temperature control, safe and reliable:

2. Small size, high heating power, 2-4 times the load on the air heating surface:

3. Can be used for heating various media in various occasions, with a wide range of applications

4.Strong controllability: it can be equipped with a control cabinet for fully automatic control and remote control

5.Optional material: carbon steel, stainless steel, bowl tube, imported material

6. Ruigao Electric recommends that after the heating tube has been working for a certain period of time, it is recommended to take it out and use a soft cloth for mechanical wiping before reuse. It is strictly prohibited to use chemical cleaning fluids for cleaning.
